The Nishiwaseda Campus is directly connected to Nishiwaseda Station of Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line (See Map). You can also walk from Takadanobaba Station of Tokyo Metro Tozai Line (about 10 minutes) or from the JR Shin-Okubo Station (about 15 minutes). The main conference will be held in Rooms 03/04/05 (used as a single room that can hold 300 people) situated on the 2nd floor of Building 63. The tutorials and workshops will use the same space as three different rooms. There is also a poster space on the 1st floor. Some photos can be found here.
There are many hotels in Shinjuku-ku that are within walking distance to the campus. Some information here (to be updated later).
The banquet will take place on 11th December (Day 3) at RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo which is right next to University’s main campus .
