SIGIR-AP 2023 is seeking student volunteers for the conference held on November 26-28, in Beijing, China. The conference this year will be held as a hybrid conference, and all volunteers must participate in the onsite organization of the conference (2 days of work minimum).

Conference Venue: InterContinental Beijing Beichen, Beijing, China
Conference Mode: Hybrid
Working hours: 2 shifts per day, 07:30-12:30 and 12:30-17:30
Requirement: All volunteers must serve 4 shifts.
1. Free access to tutorials and main conference.
2. Free access to coffee breaks and lunches.
Volunteers will be expected to assist staff with tasks such as organizing conference materials, staffing the registration desk, assembling conference packets, assisting session chairs, checking badges, helping people get where they need to be, etc.
1. Registration reimbursement will be given to volunteers who have already registered for the conference.
2. Applicants will be notified if they are selected to be volunteers before November 1st.
