presentation instructions

All papers accepted to SIGIR-AP 2025 will have both an oral presentation and a poster presentation at the conference. TOIS papers are considered long papers, and authors may choose whether or not to present a poster.
For oral presentations:

  • Long papers (6 pages or more, excluding appendix and references at submission time) → 12-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A
  • Short papers (fewer than 6 pages, listed below) → 7-minute presentation + 3-minute Q&A

Poster Prepararion

All accepted SIGIR-AP 2025 papers must prepare a portrait A0-size poster (0.841m x 1.189m) in PDF format.
If you would like the conference team to print and bring your poster onsite, please upload your PDF via this submission linkby November 28 (Anywhere on Earth, AOE). Otherwise, you must bring your printed poster to the venue yourself.
Authors of TOIS papers are welcome to present a poster as well. If you wish to do so, please inform us by submitting your poster PDF via the link above by November 28 (AOE).
We may not be able to provide a poster board if you miss this deadline.

File Naming & Updates

Please name your poster file using the format:

SIGIR-AP2025 (or TOIS) + Paper ID

Examples:

SIGIR-AP2025_91.pdf
TOIS-2022-0300.R1.pdf

If you need to revise your poster after submission, you may either update the previously submitted file or upload a new file using the same link.
We will always use the most recent version of your submission.
